Bread baking has a long tradition in our family business and we are passionate about the quality of our breads. The most important ingredient in bread, is time! Only by giving our bread doughs time to ferment slowly and naturally can you enjoy the true flavour and texture of our hand-crafted products. Our goal is to achieve a full flavour, good crust and firm slice.
We are choosy with our ingredients and are constantly working to improve our recipes. This is an ongoing challenge for us but you can be certain we never compromise on the taste or quality of any of our products.

We don’t use animal fats and all our bread lines are free from hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats.
The majority of our breads contain less than 3% fat.
All our bread products are suitable for vegetarians
We don’t use any artificial preservatives
We have reduced the amount of salt in our bread recipes by 20%
Some varieties of bread and rolls are made exclusively for our own sandwich trade and we regularly develop speciality breads to complement our tried and tested recipes.
